"Fair greetings and good health to you.

I am Morwenna merch Tegan, one of the prydythi of Gyruff. What are the prydythi? My, you aren't from about here, are you? First, you should learn proper Flan pronunciation: preh-deeth-ee. In the Common tongue we are called scops. I supposed you could think of us as a type of bard, but we are not mere entertainers, performing for coins or applause. We scops are the lorekeepers of Gyruff. We keep the stories of the land. These are more than just fanciful tales, my new friend. They are stories of what we are. Of what makes Geoff what it is.

I have wandered, as all prydythi do, for more than 10 years. I have spent that time traveling between various Gyri-in-exile communities, working to recover and preserve Gyric traditions. For it is those traditions that bind us Gyri to The Land. Gyruff is more than woods and hills. It is the people who are the Land of Gyruff. Born from it, we live from it, and when we die, we return to it.

I shall continue to weave my stories for you in the future. I have many a tale to tell of my ancient homeland.
